The Right Print Technique For Your Needs
Different techniques suit different designs, fabrics, and order quantities. Understand the three core processes below to find your ideal match.
Screen printing
Prints through screens layer by layer. Offers high vibrancy and opacity. Cost-effective at scale. Allows special effects like plastisol, water-based, puff.
Heat Transfer
Pattern is printed on transfer paper first, then heat-pressed onto fabric. Results in crisp edges and a smooth hand feel. Ideal for all-over prints.
DTG
No screens needed. Prints directly onto garments. Low MOQ. Perfect for complex designs, gradients, and photorealistic images. Soft hand feel.

Our Dress Production Process
It depends on order volume and design complexity. Choose DTG for small batches (<100 pcs) or complex designs (gradients, photos). Choose Screen Printing for large batches (>100 pcs) with simple colors (≤6 colors) for lower cost and higher vibrancy. We can advise based on your specifics.
Screens are unreliable. We use PANTONE® Color Guides as the sole objective standard for color communication. Please specify PANTONE numbers in your design files. A strike-off proof is mandatory for color approval before bulk production.
Typically MOQ 50 pcs. Please inquire for details.
