Pre-Production FAQS

What is the basic process of working with Jiajing?
+
  • Our standard process involves eight clear steps: from inquiry & quotation, pattern making, sample development & approval, to mass production, quality inspection, and logistics. To understand each step in detail, please visit our [Process Page].

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
+
  • We pride ourselves on supporting small batches. The MOQ for most categories is 50 pieces per style per color. For simpler styles or using stock fabrics, it could be even lower. Please inquire for specifics.

Are you a factory or a trading company? Do you have your own factory?
+
  • We are a manufacturer with our own factory. Our facility, located in [City, China], spans over 3200㎡ with 4 production lines and 100+ staff. This allows us to tightly control quality, cost, and timelines. See factory photos and details on our [About Us page].

What types of clients have you worked with? Any in our industry?
+
  • We serve global startup brands, e-commerce sellers, designers, and corporate clients. As a supply chain partner for several leading international fashion companies, we have a mature system for high standards. While we don’t disclose specific brands for privacy, we can share anonymized success stories.

Development & Sampling FAQS

How long does sampling take and what's the cost?
+
  • Standard samples typically take 5-7 working days. The sample cost varies by complexity and is fully refunded when the subsequent order reaches 100 pieces. It's our investment in your brand's start.

What do I need to provide to start sampling?
+
  • Ideally, a Tech Pack with sketches, size specs, fabric, and construction details. If not, just send sketches or reference images - our team can help refine details.

How many sample revisions are included?
+
  • Our goal is a perfect sample. We typically include 2-3 rounds of free revisions until you're satisfied with fit, size, and workmanship. Further major changes may incur cost, communicated upfront.

Can you provide fabric advice or swatches?
+
  • Absolutely. Based on your design and target price, our experts offer free fabric recommendations. We can also send you free physical fabric swatches for accurate decision-making.

Production & Lead Time FAQS

How long does bulk production usually take?
+
  • Bulk production typically takes 30-45 days (4-6 weeks) after sample approval. Exact timing depends on order complexity, fabric availability, and schedule. Your dedicated manager provides a precise timeline upon order confirmation.

Is my production schedule guaranteed? How do I track progress?
+
  • Yes, schedules are locked upon order confirmation. You'll have a dedicated account manager who proactively updates you via email or your preferred method (e.g., WhatsApp) with progress and photos at key milestones.

Can you expedite an urgent order?
+
  • Yes. We have a VIP channel for returning clients and can evaluate rush orders based on capacity. Expediting may incur a premium. Please communicate your needs early, and we'll do our best.

Quality & Logistics FAQS

How do you conduct quality control?
+
  • We enforce a strict 3-4 stage inspection process, including fabric check, in-line inspection (during production), and final random inspection of finished goods.

What if I find quality issues?
+
  • We aim for "zero-defect" delivery. If issues arise, please provide detailed photos and descriptions within 7 days of receipt. We'll investigate immediately and take responsibility through rework, replacement, or compensation to resolve it.

How are logistics and customs handled?
+
  • We offer door-to-door shipping from China worldwide. We arrange express (DHL/UPS/FedEx), air, or sea freight per your budget/timeline, and prepare all necessary customs documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). Freight cost is borne by the client.
